A renovation project for the facade at the corner of Müllerstraße and Luxemburgerstraße. The original planters on the first floor were to be preserved. The existing building has an open ground floor to allow access to the subway station. This will be enclosed with glazing, while a main entrance on the side will remain.

The existing freestanding Kaplan Doner stand will also be incorporated into the glazing of the ground floor, and a display case will be added to fill the space between the stairs to the subway platform and the property boundary of the building.
