At the corner of Müllerstraße and Lindower Straße rises a ten-story tower as part of a 60m x 60m size complex housing both offices and a commercial complex surrounding an inner courtyard. Designed by architects BHBVT, we were commissioned as facade planners to develop solutions for all openings, tackling the challenges of limited space and soundproofing while incorporating roller shutters for sun protection and privacy. This involved creating over 75 details, covering standard windows and doors, sliding doors, and post-and-beam construction.
